KONE MOD
New consulting channel designed for elevator modernization services
Overview
This a project I did during my exchange study at Aalto University, Finland. By collaborating with KONE, we developed a new type of instant online consulting channel to facilitate easier communication with customers in the early phases of elevator modernization. KONE specified the number of features they wished to be incorporated into the platform but mostly gave us the freedom to explore our own ideas.
The outcome of the project is KONE MOD, a low-threshold online portal designed to be used by the various stakeholders in the modernization process.
